Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage, cancel, or restore your subscription, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

What is myofunctional therapy?

Myofunctional therapy involves exercises that target the muscles of the face, mouth, and throat. These exercises can help improve breathing patterns, tongue posture, jaw alignment, and overall facial health. Face Buddy provides guided daily exercises based on these principles.

How does the AI facial analysis work?

When you take your weekly progress photos, our AI analyzes multiple aspects of your facial structure including symmetry, jawline definition, and head posture. It compares each week's photos to your baseline to track changes over time and provide actionable insights.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Your photos are securely stored and are only accessible to you through the App. Photos are sent to our AI providers solely for analysis and transformation generation. We never share your photos publicly or with other users. You can delete all your data at any time from the Profile section.

How often should I take progress photos?

We recommend taking progress photos once per week. The App will remind you when it's time for your next set of photos. Consistent weekly photos give the AI the best data to track your transformation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open your device's Settings, tap your name at the top, go to Subscriptions, find Face Buddy, and select Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open Face Buddy on your new device and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile in the App and scroll down to find the Delete Account option. This will permanently remove all your data including photos, progress history, and assessment data. This action cannot be undone.
