These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Face Buddy mobile application ("App") operated by Face Buddy ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Face Buddy is a facial health and wellness application that provides AI-powered facial analysis, myofunctional exercise guidance, progress tracking through photo documentation, and transformation preview generation. The App is intended for informational and wellness purposes only.
Face Buddy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises, analysis, and recommendations provided by the App are for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or health program. If you experience pain or discomfort while performing any exercises, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you submit through the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services, including AI analysis and transformation generation.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate transformation previews. AI-generated results are predictions and estimates only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or that transformation previews will reflect actual outcomes. Results may vary based on numerous factors including consistency, genetics, and individual health conditions.

The App, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is the property of Face Buddy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including photos, progress history, and assessment data. This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel separately through Apple.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
